• Create an user account. Use your email ID as User ID.
  • Submit a copy of first page bank passbook which is in the name of the Candidate.
  • Send Copy of the provisional allotment order together with acknowledgement for the receipt of payment.
  • Candidate should Submit duly filled in refund application (PDF form).
  • Ensure that you enter Application Number correctly. Once you have registered, you cannot change it.
  • The password key in must be different from the password used to access your email account.
  • Web Portal is best viewed in browsers like Chrome, FireFox, IE 9, Opera and Safari. Ensure you are using a compatible browser.
